1. General

For all orders, our following conditions will apply.Other conditions require our explicit written approval.

2. Pricing

The prices, as listed and valid at the date of order in our catalogues, will apply. The shipping is EUR 1,00 per piece, plus EUR 2,00 packing fee.

3. Delivery

Delivery will be made at reasonable dispatch. We reserve the right to deliver the ordered goods partly and slight changes of articles ordered.

4. Payment

C.O.D ( cash on delivery ). The ordered goods remain property of our company, until complete payment is made.

5.Return of goods

Complaints are to be made within eight days after receipt of the goods and can be returned with the original invoice. On eligible complaint, we reserve the right to change for better or substitute free of charge.

6. Indemnification

In the case of delay, due to a slight carelessness, our liability is limited to the price of the goods and on other charges occurred in the supply of the goods. Force majeure and other impairment not within our influence will release us from delivery. Further compensation is impossible on defects not due to intent or gross negligence.

7. Data protection

According to applicable federal law, data will be processed, used and stored.

8.Place of performance and legal venue

Domicile is exclusively Erding / Munich. In case any condition of this contract is invalid, all other conditions remain untouched.
